It's Shadow and Bone on Netflix based on Leigh Bardugo - don't you love her, I seem to remember you do? So I'm currently on episode 2, and dang, it's good! The main character is hapa, and I think so is her love interest, but I'm not sure, he is defnitely ethnically ambiguous (and totally hot).
